Another post rescued from the old board

Since starting with this school in May the workload has changed to include kindergarden 1, 2, 3 levels as well as the agreed upon M1, P1. Also added are these mystery English activity days that pop up out of no where with no prior notice. Now, probably because I started to say no to some of their requests, they have posted an ad, with out telling me, for my usual job M1, P1 and for a kindergarden teacher, but they are trying to get 2 teachers for 20,000 each. I still don't know, even after asking the person who posted the add, if I have been terminated or not, it's not my area of resposibility is her answer, but she can't tell me who is repsonsible. I am the only teacher here with previous teaching experience. All other teachers have just taken their teaching exams, some failed. All admin staff have never worked at a school before. We are on our second head Thai teacher this semester, the first quit. There is only 1 other person who can speak English here. Slowly staff from this school have been disapearing, security, admin, cleaners, kindergaden teachers, cooks, gardeners, pratom teachers, have all been given their marching orders or left because their work loads have increased caused by the decrease in staff. After seeing what they are actually charging the students for next semester, I am wondering where all the money is going, their fees for English alone are double what my salary would be. Anyway if you like isolation, and don't mind jumping through hoops at a moments notice, I suggest this is the place for you. From promising beginings this place has nose dived fairly quickly.
