Topic: OSHA renews the Penalties and makes it a little more tougher to the Employers!

Occupational Safety and Health Administration, generally termed as OSHA recently reworked its penalty formula to increase average ?serious? penalties and most importantly the increase is by three- to four folds. . This would make the employers a little more cautious and the employers incurring ?repeated? violations will have still greater penalties, to demonstrate their indifference will ensure the occupational safety and health obligations will-fully to the employees. Any failure to this would have the employers in deep trouble.

Don't you think that such laws should be made mandatory everywhere?
This could help the employees to have their word, against the violence and the discriminatory behaviour imparted to them. What are your thoughts on this.
