There are plenty of employers who torture their employees in different ways, but the employees are afraid to have their word as they are threatened loose their job. In such cases they will be left with no other means but to continue the way it has been going on till today. The employers in such cases have their direction followed by hook or by crook. There needs to be some knowledge spread about the employment law so that the employee do know about their rights and there need to be some people who could intervene and fight for the employee's rights.  Though there are many consultants in this are but there are very less people opting for this means.

There is a lot of requirement of the different means to educate the employee's about their rights. Something has to be thought about to stop the autocracy of the employers. What's your call on this issue? What way would you suggest to help the employers have their word?
