Thank you Topper for giving me a chance to put across some of the problems I have met with.

You don't need to thank him as he was asking you to put facts in your posts rather than saying they did this n that to me. I still, unfortunately, can't see any fact(s) in your posts.

Do you mind answering the questions in me previous posts? Your answer will suffice. 

sodslaw I think with all the things that you wrote you are involved with the confab people and Pan Asia School.

If you take the time to read some of me previous posts, you will find out that I did say that I know The Confab!

You know all the things that we teachers what work for confab know  how can that be can you tell us.

Yes I kow what teachers do at The Confab. They do a superb job with the help of marvelous management. They get nice packages, from time to time. If you were really one of The Confab employess then you sure know that they come up with packages for employees. They send their employees down south, in June 2007, to stay in Holiday Inn resort for two days and three nights all paid for by The Confab. Don't you feel ashamed of yourself when you point your finger to such a lovely organisation?

You know Thailand like me and I had a bad time here but I got qualified and now work somewhere decent you jealous or what.

All of us have bad times in our lives but that does not mean go out and talk nonsense about our employers. You know it very well that The Confab indeed treat their employees with respect.

Why should I get jealous? Elucidate please.

That ad is rubbish it is all about putting white faces in the classrooms.

Rubbish eh? No it is not about putting white faces in the classrooms. It's about getting rid of fake teachers who bring bad name to us all. 

The bit you highlighed was for a management job not a teachers job.

Are you saying that The Confab is very strict in choosing "management staff" and not efl teachers?

Now you can see from me previous post as well as this post that you are giving conflicting statements about the agency and the school. You need to get your facts straight.

Please do bother to answer the questions I posed in me previous posts. I am a kind of person who likes to discuss things with facts. No bullshit.

This thread is locked. It's turning into a circus and I think a reasonable teacher can make a judgement based on the information provided about this agency. Facts have been posted in this threads by both sides.

Employment ads hardly represent the "truth' concerning hiring and recruitment practises of schools or businesses for that matter. They are used to highlight their ideal candidate.

Upon reviewing this thread, I have deleted several posts that did not pertain to helping teachers find out information, both ood and bad about the schools. We are not here to condemn other teachers or make personal insults. Keep to the facts and keep your emotions in check.
