Exactly, it's why I advise to push it into a Thai issue, we can never get anywhere.

I had a foreign teacher I was working with a couple of years ago. He was going out with an m5 student in another school. She just happened to be my wife's student. When I thought it was just dating, I talked to the teacher. It ended up that he told some lies about me. Ok.

Later, when he broke up with the girl because she wouldn't have sex with him and she was in tears. She showed my wife all of this pervert's sms and email messages. She was too scared to tell her parents because she thought she'd get into trouble and the teacher was blaming her.

So what to do? I talked him again and he proceeded to spread evil rumors about my wife around town. He claimed to be the victim (no, we aren't talking about Bruce here!) of such evilness. He claimed also that this girl, this m5 student, threw herself at him and he couldn't overcome her charms. Poor victim. 

At this point, I went to our director since his actions were affecting the work environment and I thought a pedo shouldn't be working at the school. Well, she said that she already knew about the situation and she heard that the girl wasn't a good girl. End of discussion.

At the end of the year, I left and he stayed on for another year.

Interesting side note: He hires young girls to come in on the weekend to clean his home and do other things for him. Everyone in NST knows who I am talking about.

I hoped that Susan, the OP with the conscience, would provide us with some details about the gravity of this matter, to better give us an idea of the offenses.  Is a Thai teacher merely slapping a couple of kids on the head during assembly?  Is the Director having sexual affairs with several M3 girls?  Is a certain student being beaten with bruises and scars?  Is the offender Thai or farang or filipina?

Great lurid imagination you have going there.  bomha, I think you could pen a pulp fiction story using some of those questions.  For example,
"...she told me that she struggled against his fervid embraces, but finally succumbed to his wicked charms.  To her horror, she felt hiss large, sweaty palm against her chest, struggling to undo the top button of her neatly pressed Girl Scout Uniform.  'Oh no, no, NO!' she wanted to shout, unable to as he was the authority figure and she had been such a bad girl.  'If only I had done the 20 squat thrusts like the other late girl,' she lamented, 'I wouldn't have this brute crushing me against his horrid body, his foul breath..."

Well, I was not asking for all of the lurid details, but thanks for titilating us with possibilities.     But Susan R did not even mention the extent of the offence, so it seems to matter whether the authority figure is just bopping the students on the head as my Yank friend  calls it.  I have seen Thai teachers get away with punishment that a farang would not try to administer.

How severe is the abuse? Enough to justify in my mind anyhow, a call/report.

I'm not sure what your home country is, but if it's the UK or USA, you would always begin with the co-teacher and proceed to the next level of school admin.

The sticks are everywhere and used with different severity.

Nothing was mentioned about sexual affairs with M3girls or any students.

Bruises and scar investagation would require pants/shirts be removed. No thanks.

I thought Filipinas were considered farangs by Thai people? Are they(Filipinas(and Indians and Africans)) exempt from farang discrimination as I have often noticed seems to be the case?

The last notice I got was "case closed". Regrets. I'm here, I'll post, I'm not afraid of losing my job because I am a woman, have a degree, have experience, have a good track record, and don't moleste or abuse children. That should get me at least an offer of 25,000baht for full time work. Susan
