English for Doctors, Nurses etc.

From time to time, ads for teaching of medical staff crop up.

I am both qualified to do this, and interested in finding out more.

Do any of the main hospitals frequently hire?

Anyone with any experiences, good or bad, anywhere....please enlighten me.
