The MOE and its requirements sound on the up and up okay, so I don't know if it has any share of the blame in this.

The school as it's been described sounds like so many proprietary schools in Thailand, perhaps among the worst. It's definitely helpful to know this school is about average or below average rleative to other proprietary schools in Thailand.

Izzis this school getting worse or hazzit always been this bad?
