This is because the reader usually goes to the last page and wont read the whole 5 pages so you fill up a page after any facts. I found Sham and Poneills the most informative posts, but it seems to me you never answer any of their questions or even mine for that matter. I made a list below of the unanswered questions, looks like your using smoke and mirrors and lies to get out of it each time .

For what its worth, I was in the immi in BKK today for the 90 day reporting. Whilst I was there I took some time out to take some kanom to my little tame immi official. I asked about the possibility of working under a ed visa. After consultations with other officers the basic reply was no you cannot work under an ed visa unless you also have a WP. When I showed them the TLS website and the claims there they admitted that yes you could work under the ed visa as claimed on the site but without the WP it would be illegal and you, if caught could be liable for a fine, imprisonment, deportation or any combination of the three.

Of course that’s immigrations take on things, the MoL may have a different take but without seeing the letter of the law from them I still believe that the scheme offered by TLS is, to put it mildly, very, VERY SUSPECT!

I went to the Thai embassy in laos this morning on behalf of TLSlanguageschool as a favour, myself and my wife and asked for the secretary, we asked her all about this ED-Visa and if a teacher can work on it SHE SAID YES!!!!!!!!!, then I told my wife to make sure so the secretary went and got her boss who is the head of the Thai Embassy here, my wife provided him with the TLS documents and asked when they send teachers up will they get the ED-Visa which allows them to work..........
HE SAID YES!!!!! YOU CAN GET A 1 YEAR ED-Visa AND WORK ON IT, HE HAS THE STAMP AND PROVIDED US WITH HIS PAPER WORK. Now you have kept asking for proof, you say you are pro-teachers well if you are isnt this great for us!!!

As for the comment about racist, antisemitic and "Aryan". I am 100% anti-racist, I am certainly not racist and it is the most hurtful thing to call me. I have friends who are jewish and I see the bullshit they get sometimes, they are very nice, funny and easy going people and of course sometimes like everyone jokes about our national differences on accasions, eg sometimes they would tell a joke about my countries stereotype of being all Alchoholics lol, they joke about their stereotype of careful with money. You still can't legally work on an ED Visa without a work permit just in the same way that you can't legally work on a Non-B or Non-O without a work permit.

Thankfully teachers are not stupid so I doubt you'll make any money from this con trick.

It is clear to me that O'Neill and his various online personas have no grounding in education and no knowledge in the fields of pedagogy or androgogy. TLS is a scam and it seems to be defended by a total buffoon.....
